20s won't charge

Out of the box (20s dual pack), one unit charges and LED is on (red), the other does not.  I have inter-changed cables, etc, no change.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  mine is just dead no light  work this winter now nothing even tried to reset , something you might try

  there is a reset button on the back of the unit. use a paper clip and hit the reset hole. see if this works

  Ordered a new battery from Amazon, YouTubed how to change it. Good as new!!
