Priority Selection
Let the user of the device determine the order of priority modes.
For me, a phone call is the lowest priority.

Giving the user the ability to specify the priority of each audio source would be extremely convenient and would fulfill each user’s specific needs such as having the intercom remain active while GPS directions are provided at a reduced audio level.

Just wanted to add my two cents on why this feature is extremely important to me.
I use my android smartphone for turn by turn navigation. The SMH10 manual states that navigation directions should interrupt intercom, but because my phone is recognized as a bluetooth music device and not a navigation device, this doesn't happen. This means when I'm going somewhere I don't know (which is most trips on my bike), I have to choose between being able to talk to my passenger or hearing when I'm supposed to make a turn. Is there no current way around this?
It's been quite some time since this was originally suggested, any plans on this, Sena?

I second that !
Either let the user determine the priority (e.g. via the device-manager-software) or at least give us a way to pair a device (a smartphone or a GPS/MP3-player/Phone-bridge) with a lower priority than the intercom.
GPS's aren't just GPS's anymore. They are MP3-player and phones as well.

If specifying the priorities is not possible, please let the GPS-pairing support both HFP and A2DP protocol, like the Mobile Phone-pairing.
The goal is that we can use the GPS for navigation as well as for stereo music, but that it never can interrupt the intercom,

Agreed. Any way we can make the intercom the highest (uninterruptable) priority will work.

A work around for those using a dumb-phone for navigation and audio steaming.
Equipment:
SENA SMH10
SENA SR-10
Motorola DROID Dumb-phone (used for navigation, and audio streaming)
Beltronics RADAR Detector
Kenwood TH-F6A VHF/UHF Handheld Transceiver
Personally, taking a phone call while enjoying my motorcycle ride, is not on my priority list. What is a PRIORITY for me, is having uninterrupted intercom communications with other riders, and navigation instructions.
My DROID is paired to the SMH10 for phone audio (navigation) as well as media audio (streaming). The RADAR detector and TH-F6A are hardwired to the SR-10, that is BT connected to the SMH10. The SR-10 will MIX any incoming audio to an active intercom connection, or audio stream that is taking place. This is one suggestion that I made to SENA when the SR-10 was first release, several years ago. They took this suggestion and implemented it, thus making the SR-10 a much more user friendly device. Thanks SENA!!!
Everything works fine, until a phone call is received. All on-going connections are disabled for the incoming call. This too me, is a problem. If I un-pair the phone audio to the SMH10, I lose navigation instructions from the DROID. This of course is not an option. What does work is to install a CALL BLOCKING app that will route all phone calls to voice mail. Simply install the app, and select BLOCK ALL CALLS during your ride. I now have uninterrupted intercom, audio streaming, and SR-10 connection. You do have to remember to disable the app once your ride is completed though.

No use waiting. The 20S is history for Sena. They're not putting anymore work into that.
They might release a 21S, which might have all the features we want. We can buy that one.
Or maybe the 22S in a few years. That will be even better !
They won't be celebrating on my money however. I can tell you that for free.

Sena released a 1.6 firmware for the 20s. This model is still the at top of the intercom device (ignoring the 10c camera thing).
It's not solving priorities yet, but the 2nd mobile phone pairing may help some people.

Sena, can we have priority option in next firmware update please!
