External microphone for earplug headphone use.
When using earplug headphones (I use the Etymotic ER6-i), it is very difficult to hear exterior sounds, particularly voices. It would be nice if there were an option to turn on an exterior microphone that feeds to the headphones so you didn't have to remove the helmet when talking to people when stopped, i.e. gas stations, parking lots, etc. BTW, I love this unit.

Thank you for your suggestion. We think you need sidetone function to hear outside. We will do the feasibility study of sidetone function in next firmware version. We will keep you informed later.

I am hard of hearing, and use the earbud option on the 20S. I am effectively disabled with my helmet on, and it is a rigmarole to take it off and put in my hearing aids just to be able to speak to someone. Not to mention the delay when the group takes off again to put away the hearing aids and seat the earbuds while pulling on the helmet. It would be a dealmaker for me to be able to turn on an external microphone, or even the internal one.

Forget my first comment - turns out the 20S ambient mode does this. I had searched for the functionality and found this request, and assumed that it was not yet implemented. The 20S meets all my needs perfectly - thanks.
