Problem:.  I currently have three SMH10s and three SMH5s, all are great products but all still suffer from intrusion of external noises via the mic (excessive wind or engine noise).  My family all ride motorcycles regularly and enjoy the convenience of being able to communicate but even with correctly fitted mics, noise extraneous noise still persist.

Solution: I used throat mics in the military while flying in helicopters.  These had zero wind noise once fitted, even with the door open and only required normal voice, no raised voices or repeated messages.  Basically they were a pair of mics held against the throat by an elasticated band that clipped together in the back.  I would definitely be interested in using something similar once again to reduce unwanted environmental noises.

Keep up the great work with these products, they are simple to use and perform well.  I recommend to as many riders as possible J
