Computer Configuration
The configuration method with clicking and tapping is too cumbersome and nearly impossible to do. You can't see what you are doing with the helmet on and with it off it is hard to hear what the thing is saying. It seems it would not be all that hard to create a program for connecting to the computer to configure.

A computer program already exists for connecting a headset and changing the settings in the Configuration Menu, it is called the Sena Device Manager and it can be downloaded from our website http://www.sena.com/support/software/emailcheck/. This is the same program in which you can use to update the firmware on the headset. The very last section of the program is called "Device Setting" and this is where you can change the settings on the headset.
In addition to the Sena Device Manager, if you have the Sena 20S then you can download the Sena Smartphone App for Android and iPhone and change the settings on the headset from your phone.
