I have the Sena SMH10 and SPH10H Headsets and I own a Victory Motorcycle and Have the Sena Bluetooth Dongles Made by Sena for Victory Motorcycles. The sound Quality is Terrible The Volume does not get loud enough and there is a lot of static and interference. The Victory Dealer swapped out my dongles for dongles that were suppose to be updated dongles. I was told that my first dongles were 1st generation dongles and that there was a software problem. The updated dongles that I received have the same issues. Over the past few SMH10 updates the volume is slightly louder and clearer but there is still some static and interference, so I don't know if the problem is with the dongles or the headset and I haven't been able to get any help or information from Victory. No one seems to know anything.It seems that I've wasted over $400.00 on this product that has the sound quality of a transistor radio. It would be nice if there were a way to update the firmware on the dongles the way you can on the headsets.
