I bought in February one SENA SMH3 by Amazon.de.

I am quite happy with this.
But, when I'm riding my bike and I get a phone call, I can't hang up...

In the instructions was written just say "hello".

I screamed HELLO HELLO...like crazy in my helmet And I can't get through.

I must stop the motorbike, take the helm up, get my phone from my pocket .... to get phone call.

Please how can I resolve this problem?
Is it possible to change the sensitivity from the microphone???
