20s intrcom droping

every time im using the intercom feature on my 20s it turns itself off. I can listen to the radio and music but I cant use the intercom witch is the main reason I go it. I updated the firmwear fir the 1.3 and it still does it. I just want to know if there is a way to fix this or exchange my unit for a new one?

  Browse the issues here on the Sena Technologies Help Desk and you'll find that the 20S turning itself off at random is a real problem for almost all of us.  Sena really needs to reassure us that they're working on it and that a new firmware update will be coming to correct the problem.  

  I understand the complexity of the new technology and new product, but the silence from Sena on issues that we've been complaining about for 9 months is frustrating.
