Intercom pairing

I can't get my intercomes paired to each other. I bought the intercom in February

and already, the last sunday, the battery failed on one unit. I got a new unit out of an other box and

now pairing seems impossibel.

  I am having the same problem with pair.  have you found out what is causing this?

  How exactly are you doing the pairing?

  Here are the steps:

  1. Turn on both 20s

  2. Hold down the jog dial button (round silver button) for about 6-7 seconds, on both 20s until it says Intercom Pairing. Then let go.

  3. Tap the jog dial button on one of the 20S to start the pairing process. It should pair in about 10-15 seconds or less.
