Right ear speaker volume is softer than the left ear

So I have recently purchased the 20s and I'm not sure whether or not the volume of the speakers are supposed to be uneven. For some reason when ever I turn my headset on I get a small static sound in my right speaker and then the welcoming voice. But the left ear is louder then the right. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not. But if it is that would make it harder to even hear people while I'm on a call. Please someone help me out

  I partially solved this problem by adjusting the L R balance on my iPhone a little to the the Right. Settings > General > Accessibility at the bottom of the menu is a slider to adjust as desired. This only works for music played from my phone. It does not however deal with the Left speaker loudness for the Sena itself.
