Hands-free Calling on iPhone 6?

I've read the directions about hands-free calling but need specific instructions about how to do so with the iPhone 6.

  When you have your phone paired to the headset, you can activate the voice dialer on your phone, Siri, by tapping the Phone Button once then you can speak into the microphone to give it commands such as making a phone call.
