Try hitting the reset switch located at the back of the 20S main unit. Look for a tiny hole and use a paper clip and hold the reset for 2 seconds. Then let it charge for 2-3 hours.

Check your charger and output rating.  I had the same problem but it resolved when I switched to a different charger.

This may be worth a shot.  I had this happen once early on.  Check battery level with the one that doesn't turn blue.  Turn on the unit and hold buttons until you hear the battery level.  If it says high then go ahead and use it until the "battery level is low" command comes on and the unit shuts down.  Then charge it up again.  When I did this the light turned blue and I never had another issue since.

Output rating of your charger could be an issue as Tony said.  A 5V 1A output charger works pretty reliably compared with the majority that have a 500mA output + they charge faster.  There are lots of cheapos out there that don't meet their labeled specs.
