Pairing with 2013 R1200RT
I can't seem to be able to pair my S20 with my 2013 BMW R1200RT factory audio system...........any hints? Presently I have my S20 paired with my IPhone 6 but cannot seem to get the bike to accept the pairing. Should I delete all "pairs" and start over?

Perform a Factory Reset on the 20S and delete any paired devices on your BMW R1200RT to start from the very beginning. Here is a video on how to pair the 20S to a BMW R1200RT.

Thanks for the video! It should be noted that the instructions in the manual are incorrect. As stated, you MUST start the pairing sequence with Sena to BMW on-board audio system, then Navigation unit to phone and finally Navigation system to Sena. Make sure-prior to pairing-to clear all data from the Sena headset by depressing the "phone" button for 12 seconds, make sure the Navigator and the BMW are both cleared of blue-tooth entries prior to pairing. 1) clear all data from each devise 2) Pair the headset to the BMW 3 Pair the Nav unit to the phone 4 pair the Nav unit to the headset.
