I am not able to connect my 20s online to update to firmware 1.6.

I am trying to download the latest firmware update but the new send downloader will not recognise my devices, I have turned them off and connected them but the program still doesn't recognise them? I have tried shutting down my computer and restarting it and the process. The package has downloaded onto my computer, the program just will not recognise my devices. I have previously registered both of them.

  Same problem, but it's only happening to one of the two headsets. One was recognized and updated to v1.6 but it won't recognize the other one.
