iPhone can no longer pair with Sena 20s. iOS 9.3.3, Sena 1.6.2
Does anyone else have problem with pairing?
I think my problem started when I updated to iOS 9.3.2 from 9.2.X. It sometimes succeeded to connect but it was erratic.
The phone could display the headset as connected but the app didn't recognize it. You could still use all the functionality though, call, stream music etc.
I updated iOS to 9.3.3 and now it's not working at all. The phone will find the headset but if I try to connect it fails with time out.
This is what i did:
Removed the Sena from the saved bluetooth profiles and tried to pair again. Didn't work.
Rebooted headset and phone and tried again. Didn't work.
Made hard reset of phone. Didn't work.
Reset bluetooth profiles on headset. Didn't work.
Reset headset (button). Didn't work.
Reset headset to factory defaults. Didn't work.
Rolled back to firmware 1.6.1. Didn't work.
Reset network settings in iOS. Didn't work.
I finally made a full restore of the phone. Didn't work.
Does anyone have a solution?
I can connect to my Zumo 590lm with no problem. Both with the headset and the phone...
