Using Sena 50S, without needing intercom. How do I prevent the unit searching for an intercom connection?

Hi. This issue is probably operator error, but could you help me?

I have a Sena 50S.

When riding alone, without the need for intercom, and when paired to my phone, my Sena keeps bleeping and saying "intercom failed, try again later".

How can I stop it from trying to connect with an intercom, which I don't need?

This is annoying because it interferes with the navigation app, which I am trying to listen to.

  Yes, got it sorted but I can’t remember how. I got an answer from the tech support on this chat.

  Here's the advice i recieved:

  Thank you for contacting us, the VOX Intercom may be activated and the microphone sensitivity is set too high, so when you breathe or there is a strong wind, the 50S incorrectly recognizes an intercom command and tries to connect to another device.
  I would therefore like to ask you to start your Motorcycle App and turn off the VOX Intercom if you want to ride alone and set the microphone sensitivity to level 3. Please let us know the result.
