    Hello,

I apologize that you're still experiencing these issues even after the replacement. I suggest troubleshooting them off the motorcycle itself.

Try replicating the same scenario at home to eliminate external factors like wind noise. This will help determine if the issue lies with the Sena device since you've already replaced them.

You can test if the screeching sound occurs by pairing both devices via mesh or Bluetooth intercom and placing them near each other. Proximity might be causing the interference.

Also, are these headsets paired with a bike TFT? If so, double-check the wiring on the TFT grounds to ensure they're not loose, as this can cause static interference.

If wind noise is the culprit, consider wearing a wind blocker to prevent wind from entering through the chin of the helmet. This is a common solution to address wind noise issues originating from the helmet itself.

Additionally, you can enable VOX intercom via the Sena app and adjust the VOX sensitivity to level 1. This way, the mic gate won't open until you speak loudly, and if there's no communication, it will close the mic gate within 20 seconds.

We experienced this exact issue today. It was so bad my friend had to unpair the unit with me and re pair with his phone . The issue was with my headset as if I pushed on it while riding, it stopped. If I let go it started again and started to get so loud it hurt his ears even when the volume was turned down. Whe have rides together dozens of times and his unit was my old unit as I up graded to the 10s. We cleaned the contacts to no avail and I notice the square foam around the contacts (I guess for water proofing has deteriorated so the unit may wobble. Sad as there weren’t that many rides on this unit.

The loud static and high-pitched screeching noise in your Sena 50S units could be due to interference or a firmware issue; try updating the firmware, and ensure there are no nearby sources of interference or other devices causing signal disruption. count taps

It seems like you're having a bothersome problem with the Sena 50S devices, particularly the continual static and high-pitched screaming noise. This sort of issue might be due to interference, a bad connection, or even a software flaw. It's great that Sena replaced the units, but since the problem persists, it may be worth checking if there are any firmware updates or other environmental factors affecting the performance. In a similar way, when working on complex tasks like a masters dissertation, sometimes students encounter recurring challenges that need a fresh perspective or external support. If you're struggling, seeking help with masters dissertation can provide guidance to overcome obstacles and improve your work.

The loud static or high-pitched screeching noise in your Sena 50S units when using Mesh and Bluetooth connections is likely caused by interference, firmware issues, or a faulty noise-canceling feature. Try updating the firmware, resetting the units to factory settings, and testing them in a different location to rule out interference. If the issue persists, contact Sena support again for a proper resolution. Just like how teeth whitening enhances your smile by removing stains, troubleshooting these steps can help clear out the unwanted noise for a smoother communication experience.
