SRL2 Connection to iPhone

I have attempted several times to pair my SRL2 with my iPhone. Every time, I get the following message. My SRL2 will also not connect with my Harley sound system directly. The iPhone is an iPhone 15 with the latest updates. Help!

  The same thing happens with my Shoei Helmet with Sena SRL2 system when I try to connect it to my iPhone15 with iOS 17.4.1

  The next day I put in a help desk ticket. The tech support person was very helpful. We got it fixed up and it has worked perfectly since.
