SC2 Schubert Sena suks the update firmware process

Problems with SchuberthBluetootDeviceManager for upgrade firmware because don´t recognize SC2 . I try with usb 2.0 , 3.0 , with or without firewall , with or without virus scan on windows 10 . I have no response from Schuberth to my questions to solved this problem . I have two SC2 intercom in two Schuberth C5 , expensive equipment and i need respect not silence .

I tried everything and no works, I solve it sending email to schuberth directly and they decide to change for new one for warranty because I bough it less than 2 years ago, It take me 1 month and 1 week to get the remplacement in my hands, I decide to sell it before use it because in my last travel to USA I bought a Sena Spider with scroll button, much better for me.
