Battery won't charge on Impulse

I charged my impulse and paired to my phone,the app told to to perform a firmware update. After the update, the helmet will not turn on or charge. What can be done?

  The same happened to my Impulse helmet 4 days ago, after installing the latest firmware. Completely dead helmet. I have tried the reset button, but no response. Now I just need to find my receipt so that I can get a new one on warranty.
