Headset Firmware Updated Disaster
I had trouble making my Sena Device Manager recognize my SMH10 on my computer, but it did recognize it on my son's computer. He updated the firmware and then it didn't work at all. I wouldn't even charge. I am now able to charge it because I reset the device through the small pin hole in the back, but my helmet system will not work with it anymore. I've tried reloaded Sena Device Manager on my computer to restore the previous firmware, but it doesn't recognize my headset still. Any suggestions? I wish Sena would put out solutions for issues when the firmware update messes up a working headset.

Hello,
Sometimes it can be the cable, especially if you're not using the supplied Sena one. However, even in that case, it could still be the issue. If you're using your own supplied cable, it needs to be a power and data cable. Usually, this can resolve the device recognition issues.
