Randomly loose communication with other users they can hear me I can't hear any audio.need to reset mesh intercom to enable connectivity.have latest firmware installed.

  Hello, based in Paris, I had EXACTLY the same problem. I went to the Noetec gallery in Paris where the kindly replaced the unit. They never heard of such an issue before. We tried many solutions without success. I assume it is a hardware issue. Good luck to you! Alain
