I have created a ticket for you. Please respond to it to continue with the support process.
Regarding voice command and Wi-Fi connection issues, you need to update the firmware on the Wi-Fi adapter first, without plugging in your SRL3. You will see an orange circle with the letter "N" inside it, indicating that the Wi-Fi adapter has new firmware available.
The Wi-Fi adapter only works on a 2.4GHz bandwidth, so if your home network only broadcasts 5GHz, this could be a problem. However, most home networks support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, so this typically shouldn't be an issue.
With that said, please perform a factory reset on the Wi-Fi adapter using a paper clip. Start by powering on the Wi-Fi adapter by plugging it into a power outlet via a power adapter, not your computer.
Once plugged in, take the paper clip and press the small button located in the pinhole on the Wi-Fi adapter. This will reset the device and its wireless SSID.
Next, open the Sena app on your phone, press the gear icon, and select "Update via Wi-Fi." Follow the prompts in the Sena app to connect to the Wi-Fi adapter.
Before plugging in your SRL3, make sure the Wi-Fi adapter is updated if necessary. Then, you can plug in your SRL3.
You can also update the SRL3 by plugging it directly into your computer.
