Help setting up Sena DWO 7 Pro mesh
Hi there,
I'm having issues connecting to my built-in Sena DWO 7 Pro Mesh device inside of my Sedici Parlare helmet. I'm using a Google Pixel 6 Pro and have tried downloading the Sena App, but that didn't seem to include my device. After downloading the firmware application on my computer, I hooked up my helmet via the provided cable from SENA and updated the firmware.
That also didn't fix my issues. To be specific - it seems to connect momentarily but is listed as an "other device", before promptly dropping the connection. When this happens, if I try to reconnect, it doesn't recognize a device or attempt anything.
Anyone have similar issues? Bit frustrating when I've spent an hour, watched youtube videos, downloaded multiple apps, and have updated the firmware - all to no avail. I just wanna use my headset!

hello, please search the pixel forums,
There have been a bunch of reports of pixel 6+ devices not being able to connect to Bluetooth. this might help guide you on your next steps.
i highly suggest testing with a non pixel device to assure the helmet/headset is not at fault. -
I am having same problem, however I have the Pixel 8 pro. I had a pixel 7 previously and it connected no problems. When I chatted with google on this issue, they did not even understand the problem. I would be interested in what you come up with.
