SENA not charging after first use.
I have a sena 50s that was brand new out of the box and worked on only one trip. The unit was working completely when it was put into my helmet bag for storage. I took the unit out yesterday in an attempt to reuse it and it is complete dead. The charging light does not come on I have tried 6 different cables and chargers including the cable that comes with it. The fault reset button also does nothing. The unit was never dropped or used in the rain. Anyone have any ideas?

it sounds like moisture might have gotten inside the 50S thus causing a discharge, since it's new we should be able to warranty it as long as you can provide a copy of the purchase receipt and a picture of the device serial on the back of the unit it self.

Try checking the charging port for dirt. Connect the device to the charger retro bowl college and leave it for about 30 minutes. If there is no response, try holding the power button for 10-20 seconds. If it still doesn't work, contact Sena customer support.
