Device Manager wont download to my notebook

Ive been trying to download Device Manager so i can update the firmware on my 20s EVO.

I get a message saying its not compatible to run on ChromeOS.

Is there another way I can update my Sena device. I have an RC4 I want to connect to my 20S EVO.

  unfortunately Chrome OS is not a supported operating system, Chrome OS was only developed for web-based usage, unfortunately your only options are to ask assistance from a friend or family member who has a Windows OS or MacOS device to perform an update.
  
  Chrome OS will not be something supported based on their architecture.
