my 2023 model SENA 50S fails to turn on even after battery is fully charged and firmware is uptodate.

hello, 

I bought a SENA 50s while I was traveling to the US in 2023 and have been using it seamlessly in India. since last week, my 50S failed to turn on. I have charged the battery to full and also have the firmware updated.

any suggestions for this unusual behavior of SENA 50S.

Any help, tips & tricks are highly appreciated.

I truly love my SENA, now that I am soo used to it, I find it very hard to ride without it.

please help me fix this issue.

  I have the exact same issue. It started when I upgraded the firmware. now it does not le met return to previous version of firmware and does not turn on. I mean it comes on and goes off immediately.
