SF4 Software update can’t connect to server

Just got the sf4 and downloaded the device manager however the update ‘can’t connect to server’. I have tried multiple times with disabling all firewalls as stated in other threads. I saw someone provided a direct link to download at one stage, is this possible?

  Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue may have been caused by a server error on our side. Please try again, and in the meantime, I will request our team to double-check and ensure the file is readily available for download via the Device Manager.
