Can't activate SC-A0325 HD Speakers

Instructions to activate these speakers require user to open app (Sena Motorcycle App), tap "Menu Icon" in top/left corner to begin process. My opening screen shows the Speed Dial page and a second page with Device Settings and Firmware Updates. On neither of these two pages am I given a Menu Icon to continue with activation.

I have performed numerous factory resets, Fault resets, Updates to v2.2.2, removed and reinstalled Utility App (v2,15.5), and Device Manager (v4.4.12). The Device Manager, Docking Station and Utility App all see that my device is up to date.

Using the Sena Motorcycle / Utility App, I need help accessing page in app to utilize the necessary Menu Icon.
