SENA SC2 no audio
Hello,
I have recently purchased and installed a SENA SC2 system into my new Schuberth C5 helmet. I followed the instructions but I HAVE NO AUDIO in the helmet. The remote control unit is fully charged, installed correctly, and paired to the SC2 which is also fully charged and installed correctly. I can independently turn on/off each unit, they are connected (I can control the SC2 via the remote control) BUT I NEVER HEAR ANY COMMAND SOUNDS IN MY HELMET. Yes the volume is set to high!
I have reset both units, but it does not produce any sound.
Using the Schuberth App I have tried multiple times to connect to the App but I keep getting an error message " An App is required to connect" I have the Schuberth App open and running.
I have the latest firmware installed via Schuberth device manager (version 2.2) and still not sound.
Can you help please?
