I can't pair 2 Outrush R Helmet with each other

I bought 2 new Harley helmets, Outrush R model, both with sena intercom. I can pair the helmets with the cell phones, but I can't pair them with each other. Neither by scanning the QR code on the phones, nor by pressing the central buttons on the intercoms.

  If you're having trouble pairing two Outrush R Helmets with each other, ensure both devices are fully charged and powered on. Then, reset the Bluetooth settings on both helmets by following the manufacturer’s instructions. Put both helmets into intercom pairing mode by pressing and holding the intercom Half Birthday Calculator button until the LED flashes, then wait for them to connect. If they don’t pair automatically, try manually selecting the device in the Bluetooth menu.
