60s communication trouble??
Hi SENA community
When using 60s with 50s all is fine. When using 60s with Schubert SC2 all is fine. When in group of 3, so 60s + 50s + SC2 (all in MESH 2.0, Channel 2), the 60s is reported repeatedly to sound "choppy", so bad communication. Whilst 50s and SC2 hear each other clear the 60s is reported to be sometimes "intermittent" (if 'intermittent' is the right word, I don't know).
Anybody else experiencing same or similar issue/s?
Needless to say all devices are on latest firmware versions ;-)

Unfortunately, this is an issue with the 60s' ANC and is pretty much useless for communication above 40-80km/h. We are all waiting for Sena to give us a firmware update to fix it.

It's been 11 month since my first post.
And it is a pity to see most of my riding friends switching to Cardo devices, because they are just fed up with the support from SENA. I personally still refuse to do so as in the past SENA (>8yrs) devices always suited me and my riding buddies well. But patience will end soon if no support is available. We as end-users, paying a lot of money for those devices, just feel not taken seriously when reporting such major 60S-ANC issue. Come on, we are talking about the flagship device of SENA. Why is SENA support not even reacting? I am making my money in the IT industry as well and I know that adding an on/off-switch for enabling ANC-functionality is no rocket science. But just ignoring the community is sometimes lethal for companies. Cardo is catching up rapidly and constantly increasing its market share. SENA, please wake up and take your users seriously. Help us in becoming happy users again and fix this ANC functionality on your 60S device.

My issue got resolved by exchanging the device by SENA Support. It turned out, that there exists a batch of devices showing described communication behavior. After getting in contact with SENA Support and checking the serial number of my device they offered an exchange. New device is working flawless up to 140km/h. Then helmet gets to loud.
I am now happy with my 60S.0
