Just purchase an Outreach r helmet. The phone is a galaxy note 20 ultra 5g, Bluetooth connects and will play music but I can't hear the phone's ringtone in the helmet. When receiving a call, tried to adjust volume on the fly with no result. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Maybe because it's not a standard Samsung ringtone? Please advise, there's nothing I can find in the guide or app. Thanks
