Smh10 won’t pair with iPhone X
any one have problems pairing a smh10 to an iPhone X I can’t get it to pair and if tried everything

I was having similar issues. My Sena app didn't even recognize I was connected bluetooth from phone to Sena. Since I bought my Sena before the iPhone X was even out, I decided to check for a firmware update. There was one and it installed. Now my Sena app detects my Sena is bluetoothed to my iPhone X. But nothing besides playing music works. I cannot answer phone calls and voice commands do nothing- almost as if the microphone isn't working. I'm going to the Cycle shop where I purchased it and let them take a look at it.
