Multiple 20S problems
I have two units and both of the have the same audio and radio problems:
1. When I try to listen to music from my phone the audio cuts out after a few seconds. I've tried factory reset, reverting back to 1.7.1 firmware, resetting my phone ... nothing works.
2. When I turn the FM radio on I cannot turn it back off using any method.
3. One my second unit when I use the intercom while music is playing, the intercom does not suppress the volume of the music so I can't hear the intercom properly.
Is there a solution to these issues or have I bought duds?

I have the third problem. I have tried to reset mine and my wife's intercoms, but they do not turn down the volume ofthe music at all. And to add to that changing the volume on the music (from a digital radio in my Giv case) changes the volume on the conversation at the same time, they are not in any way independent as they should be. Weird, because I'm pretty sure they were before!

After you do a firmware change, do the factory reset, AND then press that reset button (need a needle or thin paperclip) on the Headset Main Unit (see "Fault Reset" in the manual).
Usually I'll have problems right after I do firmware updates unless I hit the reset button. On the rare occasion, it's the firmware install process that's faulty and you have to reinstall the Sena application for your desktop/laptop and redo it.
As for the volume thing, maybe try increasing the sensitivity towards Level 10 for Intercom-Overlay Sensitivity. It's defaulted at Level 6. Haven't experienced the issue myself yet.

Disable navigation app support. Audio will then duck down during intercom communication and come back up when not talking.

Thanks, Ken! That's the fix. I actually discovered that a couple of weeks ago (a few days after my previous post) and it does work. I just forgot to write a post about it.
