Very disappointed with this product. 

Ive used it twice, first time recorded under 18 mins of video and said camera off battery low ( battery was fully charged ) 

2nd time i used it, 20 min video and same issue camera off battery low ( phone shows that the battery percentage was above 80% )

tried updating firmware fails at 6% every time. Thought maybe it was mac, tried on windows computer same issue, tried I'm MacBook same issue, so thats 3 computers that this happens on 

figured firmware may be corrupt so attempted to restore firmware, no same issue fails at 6%

formatted sd card, same issue

tried different brand of sd card same issue. 

I did not spend nearly 400.00 USD less than a month ago for something that doesn't work. This needs to be corrected
