20S EVO Music Play, Intercoms stop
Just got 2 new 20S EVO's and only have them paired to each other, and each is paired to separate phones. When in intercom all works fine, and when listening to music it sounds great.
The problem is when in intercom and turning on the music to multitask, the music cuts off the intercom, but as soon as the music is paused the intercoms come back up

You have to make sure multitasking is on and then adjust it's sensitivity. Here are instructions https://support.sena.com/hc/en-us/articles/214612626-20S-Explaining-Multitasking-
You can also set it using the Sena app on your phone.

I found the solution! The multitasking was turned on, and was actually going, but the sensitivity was so low you had to nearly scream. XD my sena 20s' were already turned down so when i upgraded to the EVO's didnt realize it would switch all my settings in my App as well.
I also was not happy with how much the music got affected when the intercom did start to come in, and i figured out turning on the Navigation APP Support made it to where the SENA stopped making the music turn down and also it made the talking instantaneous.
Would advise turning that on for all who don't want to deal with spotty intercom and music constantly going in and out.0
