Hello, my wife and I both have the 20s and since last firmware update our audio overly wasn't worked right. Neither has it worked right when paired to my friends devices (both 20s evo). Before the update, once we speak, the music volume drops and then goes back to normal. Now the music volume doesn't lower and its a open mic the entire time. We tried reinstalling the firmware but still does it. Is there a fix for this?

Second thing is and not sure if its related or not. But since its a open mic we both hear constant banging. As if one of our mics are banging up against something which they aren't.
