SENA 30k Utility on Android 8 Samsung Galaxy J7 V 2nd Gen crash
All,
I have installed the SENA 30K Utility on my Samsung Galaxy J7 V 2nd gen phone running Android 8 and paired the SENA 30K to the phone (verified that the headset is paired as the music plays correctly). Every time I bring up the app I immediately get "Sena 30K Utility has stopped". All I can select is "Close App" or "Send Feedback". Of course trying to do ANYTHING except the basic configuration is impossible without the app.
Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks

Had the same problem...I researched and found out current version is bad so I went and looked for older version so I could downgrade. I think v1.2 is the newest version and I downloaded v1.1 that you HAVE to find using google. You cannot get the older version at "Google Play". The site was apkpure.com, but if you look it up specifically, I could not find. You have to look up Sena 30K Utility then scroll down until you see something that has the apk in the literature or web address. Also, I went into my phone settings and turned off the auto update until Sena resolves this. If you look at the reviews in Google Play regarding Sena 30K Utility, you will see the update has hit a lot of people starting around 20 July 2018. The new version of the app does not open.
