SC1 speed dial menu do not exist...

I have a Schuberth C4 helmet with the SC! Communication system I am trying to save the 3 speed dial phone numbers for speed dialing and in the menu CONFIGURATION does not appear the speed dial submenu ... I have to reinstall the last firmware v1.2 twice without luck. I'll appreciate it if you could help me with that.
