Earbud/ Earplug Recommendations

I have a 20s EVO and would like to ditch my earplugs (using a Shoei RF1200) and replace with a set of quality earbuds that filter out most noise, with decent sound quality. Can someone recommend a quality set?

  I just picked up and tested Shure 215, and so far I like them, I have a small ear canal, and have had a really hard time finding something that will fit and not hurt after a while, so far so good.
