I purchased a 10C Pro and a ear bud splitter adapter to work with my custom fit ear plugs. The adapter came and worked for about five minutes and now doesn't work anymore. The speakers that came with the 10C pro still work, but if I try to use the ear bud adapter, I get no sound. Tech Support claims they will replace the adapter? We'll see, their tech support seemed worthless. 

WOW! This does not bode well for my confidence of this product, lots of chatter on the Internet about how bad this product is? Low and behold, problems with a BRAND NEW Setup!!!

The wires in the wiring harness are so small, seemingly so fragile??
