faulty 10c pro ????
I have just received my 10C PRO and have struggled all day to get it to work. It appeared to be connected but then disconnecting only after hours of head scratching and asking for help on GOLDWING forums as I thought it was a pairing or bike issue, did I find the fault. suddenly one earpiece sprang to life so a little movement of the wiring connection brought the other speaker to life...then off then on then off again. the connection was correctly locked into place with the locking tab but this was obviously a faulty wiring block as every time I touched it the speakers go on and off. the mic had been awful when it deemed to work further pointing to the faulty connection. Is this a known problem/fault is my question.

I have had my 10CPro since Christmas. The battery life is very short when using the camera. That said, the camera is great for reviewing your ride; if it will last through the length of it.
Regarding the speaker connections. I recently started having the same issue with my helmet speakers. I find, as you have, minor adjustments or reseating the connector works. Mine is not as bad as yours yet, but based on the quality of the unit and the reviews, I would assume it will become worse. I thing Sena did a disservice when they opted for the physical cable connection over the 20S contact points. I have one of those and it has been flawless.
So far, I am becoming more leery of the build quality and reliability of the 10C Pro. My FM radio and Bluetooth music started acting up (not working at all). Did the suggested resets and still nothing. Ended up getting frustrated and kept pressing the phone button repeatedly and, voila, both systems came back to life.
Overall, I think Sena needs to go back to the drawing board on the 10C Pro to ensure Quality Control is maintained and users have a better experience.

I am not happy at all and am sending it back to the supplier for a replacement. I agree the connection point on the unit is flimsy to say the least and doesn't fill me with any confidence whatsoever now I am hearing about your issues as well. It seems each time I remove my helmet the connection is likely to be disturbed unlike the Sena 10S whicj has the connection moulded to the mount rather than the unit. I am not sure why this different method has been used as I would normally remove the SD card if I wanted to review any footage.
