10C Evo
My Sena 10C's camera button stopped working two days ago. I've already replaced the "non-replaceable" battery once, and it is now dying as did the original one - I now have to use an external battery. Fortunately, that works fine.
So now I am considering the 10C Evo. Sena *still* doesn't have a replaceable battery (really, Sena????), and I see on their website that the 10C Evo cannot be used while recharging. In other words, you can't use an external battery to power the 10C Evo while using it. So there is no way to use it for all day rides. And when the battery starts to die after 18 months, you'll be forced to take it apart to replace the battery, or buy a new one. Wow...

Don't do it. Nothing works on the Evo, Sena won't honor the warranty for brand new kit out of the box, tech support isn't prepared, the documentation isn't up to date, the recording video function won't work reliably even with the highest spec U3 cards, and the software is rubbish. They must have rushed it out, and worse, they won't stand by their product. They'd rather you just eat the money and go to another solution. Worst decision I've ever made with a vendor.

I agree, Brian! I tried to upgrade to firmware 1.2, suddenly it stopped at 80% and now I cannot turn on the camera!!!! After 3 seconds it turns off by itself.
I cannot even to format the SD card because you need 5 seconds with the camera button and, as I told, it turn off in 3 seconds.
Very frustating!!!
