What is being done about noise with 30K
Sounds more like a paper rattling in my headset constantly when connected to another rider. By myself, it is fine with no noise at all, but when I bought a pair of headsets the other set is very noisy. It is always difficult to understand what they say all the time too. This is ridiculous. So what is being done? I dumped a crapload of money on this crap but I can promise you never will put another penny into a company that ignores clients and then does nothing to fix what they sell. This has happened on 2 sets of '20s and a couple of 10's. You have bitten your last ounce of cash out of me Sena unless you do something to fix this set we have now.
What have you got to say, if anything, or does anyone there bother to read pissed off customers?

Following as I and others have the same issues. Sena support is not really helpful by now.

This problem doesn't seem to be any better now... Just returned from a trip with my wife/Klingon using 30k Harley sets and the wind noise was terrible. Tried bigger foam mike shield (which did the trick with the Cardos that my son and I use - but I can't use those on the Harley if I want the stereo to work - doh) - which didn't work. The only way to listen to music was to mute the microphones - which meant that we didn't have intercom. This is hopeless. I was forced to buy Sena for the Harley, if I wanted to use the infotainment system but by choice would never buy Sena again.
