sena 10c pro camera setup

I recently updated to 2.3. and my camera stopped working. Camera turns on but won't record.  I have tried to enter the camera setup by pressing and hold the camera button but I get two tones and nothing else.  Also the senas wifi doesn't show up on my phone.  I ready tried reseting the unit to factory and same results, any ideas??

  I ended up returning the unit, currently waiting for the replacement
