The casing of my 20S is broken and I feel I will not be able to use anymore if nothing is done. I contacted the customer service to verify if there were a possibility to have it repair. Everything else is working well with the device and I like it. The staff answered that I should buy a new device to enjoy the latest technology. In this era of overconsumption and planned obsolescence, I find the answer unacceptable. Sena should offer repair services, and ask for money for them if they have to.
