C4 Pro and SC1A - update not possible

I would like to check/update the firmware.
I downloaded Sena Device Manager on my Mac. I connect the Mac to the SC1A using the supplied cord. Device Manager gets to the device recognition, but cannot find the SC1A. I try to power on the SC1A, but cannot power it on while it is connected to Mac. I disconnect from Mac, power it on, plug it back into Mac, and it powers itself off.

  Use the Schuberth Update manager and it will guide you thru it. Basically your unit stays off when connected to the PC or Mac but you will get instructions on holding down the minus button...give it a try

  ich habe einen Schuberth C4 pro mit SC1S und kann es nicht mit meinem MAC verbinden. Es funktioniert weder der SENA Device Manager noch der Manager von Schubert. Das App am Handy kann sich nicht verbindern weil ich zuerst die Firmware updaten soll, das nicht funktioniert. Was kann ich da machen???
