Turn-By-Turn Voice Commands Disappear When 3rd 10s User Joins Group
My group consists of 3 Sena 10s users.
The Turn-By-Turn Voice Commands (TBTVC) are audible through my headset when there are only 2 of us connected.
When the 3rd Sena 10s user is connected the, TBTVC are not audible.
Any ideas on how to overcome limitation
Many thanks in advance.

I have managed to find the answer to my question! The answer is in the Sena 10s manual, para 8.2.1: -
"8.2.1 Starting Three-way Intercom
You (A) can have a three-way conference intercom with two other 10S
friends (B & C) by establishing two intercom connections
simultaneously. While a three-way conference intercom is in progress,
mobile phone connection of all three participants is temporarily
disconnected. However, as soon as the conference intercom
terminates or one of the participants leaves the intercom, all mobile
phones automatically reconnect to their headsets. If you have an
incoming mobile phone call during the conference intercom, terminate
the conference intercom to automatically reconnect and receive the
phone call."So, even though the 10s is advertised as being 4 way connectivity (with the ability to take phone calls etc, etc) this is NOT possible when more than 2 are connected. I therefore cannot use my TomTom Go app for turn-by-turn voice instructions when connected to another 2 Sena 10s riders.
Also, one of the other riders in the group uses a TomTom Rider 550 and he too loses turn-by-turn voice instructions when there is a 3rd person connected.
Does Sena have any staff who regularly frequent this forum? Maybe the CV-19 crisis is making this not possible at the present time?
I would be interested to read a support staff member's opinion of this matter.
