    When the 20S is not working properly or is in faulty status for any reason, you may reset by pushing the pin-hole reset button at the back of the headset main unit. Insert a paper clip into the reset pinhole and press the reset button for a second with light pressure.

    Almost every time I do a firmware upgrade I have some issue where I think I bricked my SENA. It's a jumping through hoops I've done for years now. The hard reset has always fixed it. I have a few SMH5's that have gone through 3 or 4 battery replacements now.
